Building a B2B Rewards Management Platform :
In mid 2019, the project was in the initial stages of planning. Due to its complexity, many internal stakeholders were unclear about its function. Thus, I did a quick video mockup explaining the key features of the portal, meant for internal dissemination.
After which I worked closely with the project manager to design the visualisation dashboard for merchants. Referencing the style guide closely, I drafted multiple iterations of the dashboard, with this being the finalised version for Release 1.
The dashboard above was meant to be a free version with minimal information. The comprehensive dashboard was to be embedded from Tableau. Before merchants purchased the premium, they would register their interest in the mini landing page below.
The administration panel below allows merchants to approve rewards created.
Having taken full ownership of the rewards management feature, i designed it such that merchants can have a macro view of all active rewards. Redemption and validity statuses are highlighted to prompt follow up actions.

Not forgetting error states, we wrote use cases for the unhappy flow and designed the screens accordingly.
The NTUC experience was challenging at first - to grasp the business intricacies and design accordingly. Luckily, things fell into place just as quickly. This is where I learnt the foundations professional UIUX design.
